Everything you have, in whatever shape it arrived. An FIR, a CBI regular case, an ED ECIR or a show cause notice — plus statements, call records, bank statements, seizure memos, phone extractions. Mixed languages and scanned pages are expected, not a problem.

Any folder structure, any filenames. Nothing needs renaming, and nothing needs a manifest — producing one is the first thing this does.
Files are written to cases/CASE_DEMO_2026/raw/ and then classified by the same code as python3 -m classifier scan CASE_DEMO_2026. Nothing is renamed.
Synthetic case data. Findings are ranked and sourced; none of them is an assertion of guilt.
